Complaints, cancellation & refunds

This page explains how to cancel a booking, how any refund is calculated and returned, and how to raise a complaint. It applies to every booking made on this website.

1. Cancelling a booking

Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the pickup time. Cancel from your confirmation email, from the manage-booking page using your booking reference and email address, or by contacting us on the details below.

Within 48 hours of pickup, the 25% deposit is retained. The remaining balance is never charged in advance, so nothing further is due.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are made to the original payment method and in the original currency.
• Bank transfers are returned to the account the payment came from; we may ask you to confirm the account details in writing before releasing funds.
• Refunds are initiated within 5 working days of an approved cancellation or complaint. The time for the money to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Where a vehicle is unavailable through our fault, you receive a full refund including the deposit.

All payments are processed in EUR. If you pay with a card issued in another currency, the amount is converted at the exchange rate of the card scheme, so the amount debited may differ slightly from the price shown here.

3. No-shows and late collection

If the vehicle is not collected within 2 hours of the booked pickup time and you have not contacted us, the booking is treated as a no-show and the deposit is retained.

4. Complaints

Write to us at the address or email below with your booking reference and a description of the problem. We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and give a written response within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the competent consumer protection authority in Montenegro.
